Welcome to Leaf and Lawn Co. – From Indoor Greens to Outdoor Dreams. We’re all about helping your space grow with lush plants and greenery, but before you dive into our garden of delights, here are a few housekeeping items (we promise it’s not as dry as a cactus).
By using our website, buying products, or simply browsing, you agree to follow these Terms of Service (aka, the "rules of the leafy jungle" or less fancy "Terms and Conditions"). So, please read carefully, like you would tend to your favorite houseplant.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By using our site, you confirm that you’re at least the age of majority in your state or country (basically, you’re old enough to make plant-powered decisions). Please don’t use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. And please, no sending us viruses or destructive code – we're more about growing things than destroying them!

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone (yep, even the snails in your garden). Please remember, we’re all about good vibes and good plants here – any shady business or violations of these terms may lead to the termination of your access.s.

While we do our best to provide the most accurate and up-to-date info, things can get a little wild (like weeds in the garden) – so we can’t guarantee everything is perfect. Use the info here at your own risk, and always check with primary sources if you’re unsure. If you spot any errors, feel free to let us know!
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Our prices and services might change faster than your plants grow! And just like a garden, we might discontinue certain products or services.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Please make sure your payment details are up to date (like pruning your plants!). If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll try to contact you – and we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order if it looks like it’s from a reseller or plant dealer trying to buy in bulk.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Sometimes, we may give you access to third-party tools (think of them like garden tools you didn’t know you needed). We can’t control these, so use them at your own risk! If you’re not sure about something, read the terms on those tools from the third-party providers.

Got a plant hack, feedback, or a suggestion on how we can make our greenery grow even better? Feel free to send it our way! We may use your feedback, but don’t worry, we won’t make you pay for it or keep it secret (unless you ask us to, of course).

Any personal info you submit is handled according to our Privacy Policy (we take your privacy seriously, like keeping your plants safe from pests). You can view the policy here, but don’t worry, we’re not about to share your info with anyone but our trusted garden crew.

Every now and then, something might slip through the cracks (like a weed in your flower bed). If we make a mistake in product descriptions or pricing, we’ll correct it – and may cancel orders if needed. So, check the details before you make your purchase.

We don’t allow any shenanigans on our site. No illegal activity, no sneaky business, and please, no trying to destroy our online garden with viruses or other nasty things. Stay positive and use our site in good faith, just like you would in your own garden.

We can terminate this agreement if needed (like if someone tries to sabotage our site with malware). But don’t worry – if you want to stop using our services, you can always leave the garden at any time!
